Clinical Psychologist
Megha is the founder of AMHS and an RCI-licensed Clinical Psychologist (CRR A89424) with 1200+ hours of psychotherapy experience — specializing in trauma, neurodivergence, anxiety, relationships, and personality dynamics.
Megha Jain is the founder of Antarman Mental Healthcare Services and an RCI-licensed Clinical Psychologist (CRR A89424). She holds an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology (RCI-recognised), an M.A. in Clinical Psychology, and a B.A. in Psychology from Ambedkar University Delhi. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology.
Megha believes that psychotherapy is a collaborative process — one where the client and therapist are in equal positions, without hierarchy or authority. Her work is rooted in exploring the dynamics of the psyche on both sides of the therapeutic relationship, with deep empathy and without judgement.
With over 1,200 hours of intensive psychotherapy experience, Megha has worked with a wide range of concerns including relationships, commitment, parent-child dynamics, existential crisis, sleep difficulties, work motivation, family conflict, sexual discontentment, abuse, and trauma.
The clinical conditions she has worked with include neurodivergence (including ADHD), depressive disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety disorders, dissociative disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder, narcissistic personality disorder, and avoidant personality disorder.
Her therapeutic approach integrates multiple evidence-based modalities: psychoanalysis, clinical hypnotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), art therapy, mindfulness techniques, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), anger management, assertiveness and communication training, and relaxation exercises.
Megha also leads in-person therapy at the Antarman clinic in Green Park Extension, New Delhi — offering face-to-face sessions for clients who prefer in-person care.
Megha is a trauma-informed, queer-affirmative, and spirituality-inclusive clinical psychologist (she/her). She believes psychotherapy is a crucial tool that deserves a place in everyone's toolkit — especially for navigating the complex stressors of modern life.
