What drives us

Our Mission

Our mission at AMHS is to deliver confidential, clinician led mental healthcare that is ethical, culturally sensitive and deeply personalized.

Online & in-person care

Access therapy from anywhere in the world online, or visit our Green Park clinic in New Delhi for face-to-face sessions — same therapists, same clinical quality.

Ethical excellence

We uphold strict standards of confidentiality, informed consent, and professional responsibility — so clients feel safe, respected, and in control.

Clinical depth

We go beyond surface-level support through careful assessment, formulation, and evidence-based care tailored to the person — not just the symptoms.

Cultural sensitivity

We integrate cultural context and lived experience into therapy and assessment — understanding that mental health is shaped by the world you come from, wherever that may be.

Education & stigma reduction

We support awareness and mental health literacy through curated resources and conversations that make help-seeking feel normal.

Access that respects your time

High-quality care should be reachable wherever you are. Our online model supports clients worldwide with flexible scheduling across every time zone.

Why this matters

Mental health in numbers

The data behind the urgency - and why accessible care matters now more than ever.

Figures shown for awareness and context.

Nearly half (46%) of Gen-Z adults have been diagnosed with a mental health condition - most commonly anxiety, depression, or ADHD. Demand for therapy among young adults is at an all-time high.

Over 1 billion people worldwide live with a mental health condition - roughly 1 in 7 people globally. Anxiety and depressive disorders are the most common

Source: WHO, World Mental Health Today (2025)

Worldwide, only 13.9% of people with anxiety, mood, or substance use disorders received any treatment in the past year. The vast majority go untreated.

Depression and anxiety alone cost the global economy an estimated $1 trillion per year in lost productivity - yet governments spend only 2% of health budgets on mental health.

Where w're headed

Our Vision

We envision a world where mental healthcare is treated with the same seriousness and dignity as physical health — delivered with privacy, clinical quality, and cultural sensitivity.

AMHS aims to be a trusted global online clinic, bringing together licensed psychologists, psychiatrists, and assessment specialists — helping individuals and families build resilience, clarity, and emotional stability, wherever they are. With the launch of our in-person clinic in Green Park, New Delhi, we now extend that same standard of care to face-to-face sessions.

As the demand for accessible, evidence-based mental healthcare continues to grow worldwide, we are building a platform where quality care is not limited by geography, time zones, or stigma — but shaped by the individual needs of every person who walks through our doors.
